Shipping Policy -
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We make every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) - forty-eight (48) hours of receiving it. Please allow additional processing time during peak times, ie holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Estimated Shipping times are 5-10 business days in the US and 2+ wks outside of the US. If there is a problem with your order “moving” through the system OR if your tracking shows your package was delivered and you did not receive it - please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for assistance.
Please note for international orders that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. fade to bright is not responsible for these charges.
Any packages that are refused and/or returned to our shipping department will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued (minus $10.00 restocking fee and shipping costs).
New Jersey Residents must pay N.J. Sales Tax of 7% (sorry gang!)

All used whitening kits are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. It is understood that every once in awhile a situation (exception) occurs, in this case contact us and we will try and accommodate you. NOTE that absolutely no return will be accepted of used product, after 7 business days (of products received by you), there will be a restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
